Introduction
Welcome to Scotland’s Outdoor Centre. You are here today to participate in a number of military style command tasks. These will test you mentally and physically and will give you the opportunity to work as a team.
Introduce our team of instructors
We are here to assist you, not to do the tasks for you.
Teams
We will break you down to teams of 3 to 6 members in each team. Teams will be given a coloured armband and you must stay in the team unless changed by an instructor.
Footwear and Clothing
Ensure all personnel taking part has suitable footwear and clothing for the tasks (no stilettos)
Remember most of these tasks are outdoor based.
Jewellery
Ensure all jewellery is removed prior to taking part in the tasks
Safety
When using the planks of wood care must be taken and they must be kept below head height
First Aid Kit
There is a first aid kit on site and we will advise you of its location
Injuries
If the injury is minor we have First Aider in the team and we will deal with the injured party. If the injury is more serious contact the local medical services.
